Katie & Cody

I’m so fond of this couple. Katie and Cody are from my home state of Vermont, which makes me feel close to them. They’re also the first couple that has hired me for their wedding after seeing my work with Doomtree which feels sweet and nostalgic. I photographed their engagement session three years ago and we connected right away. I am proud of this work and I am proud of these two people. Katie is an extremely talented ceramic artist (she made all the plates and cups, which I featured heavily in this post!) and Cody is one part model, two parts twin cities music scene intern and boss bartender.

I’ll leave these here. Cheers you two. I cried a lot.
